　　We are pleased to inform you that we have decided to employ you as one member of Shanghai Huayi Wind Energy Electric CO., LTD.We hereby extend to you our warm welcome to join us and hope you could be upon arrival at / / (M/D/Y) to register for our company, and to fill in a copy of employee’s Register format. 公司需要您在來公司報到時提供以下文件：

　　You are requested to provide the following documents to company on the registration date:

　　1)原單位離職證明，由原單位蓋章(入職當天請提交);

　　Quit job certificate with your former employer’s seal;

　　2)養老金、失業轉移單或繳納證明;

　　Transfer paper of pension or certificate of pension payment;

　　3)身份證原件及復印件三張

　　A card of Identification Card;

　　4)學歷證明、職稱證書原件及復印件各一張

　　Certificate of diploma or title;

　　5)3張身份證照片(1寸藍底)

　　Photo(one inch)
