　　首先，面試前要有充足的準備。

　　在參加面試之前要對該公司進行“摸底調查”，同時要對自己的'優勢劣勢都有全面的認識，這樣才能做到知己知彼。

　　其次，自我介紹時要有一個思路。

　　你可以按照你的工作經歷順序來闡述，比如簡歷中的幾家公司的工作經歷做一次大致描述，也可以按照你的能力來闡述，比如你的能力有哪幾方面，一、二、三的說清楚，這樣會讓HR覺得你的思路清晰。
